Note there is a new exterior mail box at the office and we accept cheques, money orders or (debit at office only) for payment.

Payment and proof of age:
No cash will be accepted for registration (only cheque or money orders) - If a player was not registered in 2007, proof of birth date is required and a photo copy is acceptable. - We will do our best to meet special requests for friends on applications.
NSF cheques are subject to a $25 administrative fee and must be replaced with a certified cheque or money order within seven days or forms will not be processed.
