Program Description

The Academy program offers the most professionally run development soccer program available to soccer players in East Ottawa.  The program boasts an extremely qualified and well educated coaching staff, including several nationally and internationally licensed coaches, and a curriculum that includes a heavy emphasis on personal and leadership development, beyond just soccer skills.  Players train three times weekly and play in competitive leagues across the region.

Program Details

  • Twice weekly training with staff coaches in dome - 90 minutes.
    • October training is outdoors.
    • In November training moves indoors.
  • Games based gym sessions are once weekly beginning in November, and are run in a futsal format.

Competitive Games:

  • U11-U12 teams will play in either the "Coliseum" indoor league (up a year), or the EODSA or similar competitive leagues.   9-a-side friendly games will be organized through the season if 9-a-side is not the league format being used during league games.

Open Tryouts in September. See try-out schedule and details here.

lease note that all trialists will be placed either in an academy team, a cobra team or a futsal development team, so as to be placed with players of similar abilities. Cobra teams train twice weekly (a third session is optional) and play in local competitive leagues.  The futsal development teams train once weekly (9-U14 CObra Technical Training) and playi in the CUSC winter Futsal league.  Both of these programs are covered by the competitive base registration fee, so no further payments are required.  Players may request a refund, less a $50 tryout fee at that point, if they do not wish to play in the futsal league and train in the technical program.

Available at our clubhouse on 2075 Trim Road through our retailer Evangelista Sports.  Click here for access to online store.

Prior to the start of evaluations in September, all players must register for the competitive base fee of $400 which covers the futsal league and Technical Training costs.  Additional fees are required for players invited to join the Cobra and/or Academy teams.
